SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery area & schedule
We deliver across Bali.

Uluwatu: Same-day delivery is available, subject to product availability and delivery capacity. Your delivery time will be confirmed after you place your order.

Other areas of Bali: Deliveries are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We will confirm the next available delivery date for your address. Orders placed on a delivery day are not guaranteed delivery that same day.

Delivery fees
Delivery fees depend on your location and are displayed at checkout or confirmed before payment. Any additional charges require your agreement.

Delivery times
We will confirm an estimated delivery window for your order. Traffic, weather and local conditions may cause delays. We will contact you if there is a significant change.

Delivery details
Please provide your full address, an accurate map pin, a reachable phone number and any access instructions. For hotels and villas, include the property name and room or villa number where applicable.

Receiving your order
Our meals are delivered frozen. Please ensure you or an authorised recipient is available during the agreed delivery window. We do not leave frozen meals unattended. Delivery to reception must be arranged with you in advance.

Missed deliveries
If our courier cannot reach you or access the address, we will contact you to arrange the next step. An additional delivery fee may apply for redelivery and will be agreed with you beforehand.

Storage
Place your meals in the freezer promptly after receiving them. Follow the storage and heating instructions on each product label.

Delivery issues
If any items are missing, incorrect, damaged or appear to have thawed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, details of the issue and photos where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Changes & cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes or cancellation. Availability of changes depends on whether your order has already been prepared or dispatched. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
